What Invoice2Sheet does

Every Portuguese invoice carries a fiscal QR code (Portaria n.º 195/2020) with the seller's and buyer's NIF, the date, the ATCUD, VAT and the total. Invoice2Sheet reads that code with your camera, lets you review the details, and saves the invoice as a row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet you choose. A photo of the whole invoice goes into a Google Drive folder you choose, and the row links to it.

How it works

  1. Set up once. Sign in with your Google account and pick (or create) a spreadsheet and a folder.
  2. Scan the QR code. Codes that aren't Portuguese invoices are rejected. You can also paste or type an invoice.
  3. Photograph the invoice. Use the camera or the photo library, or pick a PDF on the web.
  4. Review. Every field is editable. NIF check digits, totals and missing ATCUDs are flagged.
  5. Save. Duplicates (same ATCUD) are skipped, the photo is uploaded, and the row is appended in the background.

Why Invoice2Sheet asks for access to your Google account

Invoice2Sheet has no server of its own. Your invoices go straight from your device to your own Google account, and nothing is sent to the developer. When you sign in, it asks for:
